I do have a blacklist, just ask so you don't sell any of my designs to someone who is blacklisted please! 

please come to me (Mama_Swan) before selling/trading designs. i might want the design back or just want to know who the design is going to

all new and old rules that stay on here apply to all new and old designs of mine. if you ever sell a design by me you are held responsible for letting the buyer know about the ToS. 

by purchasing my designs you're automatically agreeing to my design terms of service

-i hold right to revoke a design WITH refund or until an agreement is met, but that's only if a ToS is broken, I will not revoke designs without a reason, usually it will only be for cases when selling to an already blacklisted user

-do not sell my designs to someone on my blacklist, i will blacklist you and revoke the design from the already blacklisted buyer 

-absolutely no deleting the design off of toyhouse, i want to keep track of my designs, that also means don't sell the design to someone thst doesn't have toyhouse, please let me know if you put my designs on authorized/only me

-don't alter the character to the point it's completely unrecognizable 

-i have full right to advertise the design you own as an example, this does NOT mean i'm selling it, i will never sell a design that's already been sold to the rightful owner 

-sell my designs for the same price you bought it for unless there's added art, or if the design was given to you for free, give it away for free unless art is added (that means art you've drawn/commissioned, not gifted art) 

-your own ToS cannot override my ToS, you can only ask for a ping or first dibs if you ever wanna try and buy the character back, no "only sell back to me" 

-if you put a design by me ufs you cannot refuse to sell it to me whether i'm on a blacklist or not, these are my designs, not yours

- no co ownership due to the fsct it will confuse me and if there are any difficulties i really don't think i wanna dig into that lol
