I am Shinzuki. The fourth moon; of death. Do you have any last wishes?
Shinzuki is a deadpan, critical and somewhat oblivious person in the agency. MBPGHB is a small place for paranormal investigators, though it seems only Shinzuki is the rational one in the company. They tend to be serious, and are intelligent, though only in business matters. Anyone could scam him if they want to. They don't seem to understand the nature of humans.
- Has two forms. One for professional daytime life and one for... nighttime business.
- Shinzuki acts as the secretary, assistant, legal adviser, and legal advocate.
- Can have six legs.
- His shoes keep him on his tiptoes.
- Incredibly strong.
- Can't tie their hakama on their own.
- Purgatoric Violence
- Has the capacity to be so violent that ghosts and spirits alike are sent to purgatory. It's his talent as a death moon.
- Legal Loopholes
- Can slip by goverment inspection through loopholes
- Being Incredibly Oblivious
- He got into the agency by being fooled into a contract they signed by accident.
- Hair is iridescent.
- Their neck is a fair bit longer than the average person's.
- Red spider lilies are the focus of his kanzashi;
- White chrystanthemums frame it to create a bouquet of death.
- There are eight double-petals in the double-petal row of their kanzashi, with the fourth being red as a highlight.
- The red ribbon around his neck is mandatory.
Aesthetic
Kimono style. Lots of flowers and themes of death.
Accessories
A pair of tsumami kanzashi. Finger claw rings are on both index and middle fingers.
Body Markings
Has a mark of a moon in the waxing gibbous phase a little under his navel. It is the area his body was first formed from trying to replicate a human form.
Purging Form
Resembles a mechanical centaur-like creature when purging. White satin is studded into the body to mask any mechanical parts that look off while forming. The white satin itself grows more like skin. For any need of stability, they can deploy a third set of legs.
Physical Attribtutes
6'4" in human form, lean and pale, with barely any warmth in their skin. In their purging form, they're 11'6".
Birth
Born as the death moon, fourth of all eight, Shinzuki has no knowledge of the origin of his being, nor do they have a particular interest. All they know is that they were born for purging and violence, and does so accordingly without questions. So long as people will wish for other people to die, he will appear when their time is up, ready to mutilate them to send them into purgatory. This has been the purpose of his life for eons.
Past career
Shinzuki, albeit still purging ghosts, used to work on his own schedule and on time when they were needed. Since working in MBPGHB, they have been juggling assistant work. Out of all the moons, Shinzuki affects people directly, but does not socialize with them as directly as the other moons in the same sense. It's why he is the strongest fighter out of all the moons, yet is missing wit and sense. The sixth moon, Anzu, is his parallel, and used to partner in work. Shinzuki has no respect for him, and expresses the most emotion being enraged when he is mentioned or shows up. Aside from that, working for years being violent, he has a personal code not to be violent with the souls of children; sheltering them until an asterite picks them up.
Present
Shinzuki now works with Matsu Hoika, after signing a contract with him at his request. Although disturbed from their work, they have never felt as mellow as they have now. Perhaps having a break from violence once in a while really is good for the mind. As the only "professional one" in the agency, they have more time to develop social skills and keep up to... the several billion years worth of experience the other moons have.
