bonnie is my fursona - and so they're me! that means they have less of an excessive and interesting story than most of my ocs. the most that can really be said about bonnie is that they're a plain pony from an ordinary place who wish they had a better life. ever a dreamer, bonnie finds themselves forever wondering about what could've been if they'd made any number of different choices. this turns them into a rather pessimistic young lion, constantly finding dissatisfaction with their life and who they are. they're content, yet somehow discontent. bonnie is an enigma of sorts, unable to figure out how to make themselves happy, and they keep closed off enough that nobody else can get close enough to try anymore. they're just gonna.... float along until they do get what it's all about.
p e r s o n a l i t y
bonnie is best described as an awkward, fumbling mess of a feline that doesn't even know how to navigate a conversation with themselves, let alone anyone else. they're good at lying, though they don't tend to use this for their own gain outside of safety. they unintentionally stray from social norms, and as a result have learned to force themselves back into them, lying to themselves and others as they go. with big dreams, they spends a lot of time inside their own head, which can leave them either happier than ever or scarred until she sleeps it off. bonnie isn't okay and that's okay.

n i h i l | best friend nihil is bonnie's best friend, and has been for approximately 3 years now. bonnie is absolutely awful at letting others know they need them, but with nihil it comes easily and they gladly stick around for them, despite their drama and constant slew of absolutely terrible decisions and mess of emotions. they really need them. like, a lot. they joke often about how with nihil being dark with rainbows, and bonnie being pastel rainbow they 'match'. |
