A young merchant who is well known as the best guy to get cheap parts for your projects and machines. He has a knack for finding and restoring parts and sometimes finds some pretty rare items when on his expeditions. You can find him in scrap yards or at his own little shop where you can look at his wares.

Personality wise, Vinny is a very hardworking fox who likes to make a sale. He can come off as a little mischievous tho, he loves rare items and will try to trade for them when possible, he’s not above tricking people if he’s that desperate for what he’s after.
