• The plates on her thighs have a heart monitor-icon, which she can animate to match her patient's pulse. When inactive, a small heart-shaped pulse will show.
• She has claw-like hands rather than paws, and her feet are more like elephant toes than dog or cat paws.
• Her mane is similar to that of a hyena; long and spiky in the back and shorter in the front.

BACKGROUND

Pixel was created as a part of a trial program: a group of EMS protogens that were microsized. The goal was that their small size would allow them easier mobility in emergency situations, and sneak into combat without being spotted. Unfortunately, their small size came with more issues than it solved. Half the group ended up with some level of nanite instablity, several were unable to help their patients because of the sheer size difference, and many ended up getting themselves hurt or put in danger because their small size made them more fragile. After the death of three protogen, the Primogenitors decided to abandon the project. Literally.

There were rumors of a cluster of moons where Primogenitors would dispose of unwanted or no longer useable protogen. Pixel, along with her remaining troop, were set into hybernation mode and dropped off there. None of them were supposed to wake up after that. Except Pixel did.

The moon was lonely. The Primogenitors had seperated her troop far enough apart that they couldn't reach out to each other if one woke up out of fear of an uprising. Thankfully there was enough edible lifeforms on the moon that Pixel was able to stay alive, but with no one to talk to and nothing to do it wasn't much of a life. Then she met Spook. Spook had no memories of the Primogenitors and didn't even know she was a protogen. Pixel was frightened of Spook at first, unsure of the strange protogen's intentions, but quickly came to learn that Spook was an open book and was just as lonely as she was.

The two made the moon their home. They explored the moon together (while Pixel secretly searched for other protogen) and made the best of the bad situation. Next thing they knew they were being reached out to by someone representing "The Company". Pixel can't remember the name of the company, nor who she spoke to or what they looked like, but they offered her and Spook a chance off the moon and she knew she couldn't pass it up.
