About 
Perch is an inkling from Kraken Port. He has lived there all his life with his parents, grandmother, and older brother. His family originates from Calamari County, and is very old-fashioned in their views (AKA very anti-octarian/octoling).

Perch has always been a big fan of Turf War ever since he was young. He started out watching Inkopolis matches, but when the scene went to Inkopolis Square and Octolings joined the fray his father and grandmother banned watching the sport. That didn't stop Perch though, as soon as he got his first phone he'd be hiding under the covers watching match after match.

When Nautilus Isle opened up and introduced the Turf War scene to the Peninksula, Perch was immediately banned from it by his family much to his annoyance.

Despite his family's wishes, he recently found an apartment in Nautilus Isle and has moved in there, his family isn't happy with him about it but he's promised to visit and stay away from the Octolings. And as far as they are aware, he has been.

After a close encounter with a strange song that put him in a trance, he's been involved with the SNSS as Agent 5, trying to uncover the mysterious Calamity Chorus.

Appearance
Perch is an average height inkling with lightlly tanned skin and green eyes. He has pale yellow tentacles, having two reaching his chin on either side of his head with swept bangs and a small ponytail. Instead of having spots on his tentacles like other Inklings, he has stripes. He tends to wear graphic long-sleeved shirts from all sorts of brands, a pair of jeans and high-top sneakers. He likes to wear bracelets under or over his shirts.
