Shimura Haruka is the child of Shimura Tenko and Todoroki Touya. He is currently fifteen and goes to school at Yuuei as both a spy and a student. Haruka is from the future, sent back to the past in a last-ditch effort by Tenko to save his family. He proves this fact by not only finding the hideout to the LoV, but also including bits of their past that the current members have never told anyone. Haruka's quirk, which he calls 'Phoenix Dust' works similar to Shouto's dual quirk ability. On his right side, he can wield the same blue flames that Dabi has access to. However, as he was trained by his father, he has much better control at a younger age than Dabi. This allows him to cool his flames to the standard red color that is expected of him. On his left side, he can dust anything he touches with all five fingers of his left hand. This results in him typically wearing an archery-style glove (not present on his reference) to keep from him disintegrating everything due to being left-handed.
Under his own instruction, he gets admitted into Yuuei. Haruka, of course, had to enter under an alias; Kayo Kaname. He was originally starting a year behind the 1A class, however he quickly tested into their grade. He's pretty shy around the heroes-in-training due to knowing how they kill his dads in the future. At Yuuei, he quickly befriends the Deku-Squad. From there, he loves to make conspiracy theories with Shouto, dragging them closer together. He absolutely loves to spend time around his Uncle, especially after what his (future) dad had always told him. They bond over their heterochromia as well. Kaname spent a long time with the group, until one fateful day where the Deku-squad was training. During the training, a building managed to fall on top of the group, causing Kaname to dust the building in one shot to save his friends. This resulted in the Deku-squad finding out that he has two quirks. Everyone agreed to not tell Eraserhead, under the premise that Haruka explains his story when they get back to the dorms.
After he reveals his identity as the 'captive child of Shigaraki and Dabi' he decided that he's going to own his quirks. He ends up using his fire to give himself a halo around his head in his hero costume. He gets called a drama queen by everyone except Izuku, who thinks that it's such a cool thing to do.
