-Personality: A quiet and mysterious dragon, who rarely speaks and keeps his eyes closed most of the time. Apparently he uses vibrations/sounds around him to do daily chores. And when Hiems wants something or wants someone to do something for him, Hiems has pro manipulation skills that can bring any ordinary dragon to his will.
-Background: He grew up on Pantala because way before he was born, his mother fled from the icewing kingdom to Pantala because she was almost enslaved. His mother was always a quiet, professional woman, and she expected Hiems to be the same as they grew up in Pantala. So Hiems also became quiet and intelligent, his mother teaching him ways to manipulate others and survive. His mother also taught him to live most of his life with his eyes closed, because his mother believed that Hiems’ eyes shouldn’t be witnessing the sins of the world. With little to no interaction with other icewings, Hiems’ few friends were all hivewings/silkwings. Eventually, after becoming old enough to travel, he went to Pyrrhia to live in a high class home in the icewing kingdom.
