Chiryu

Chiryu / 千竜 / is the 5th Sage, known as 'The Sage of Despair'. She's one of the few sages to not have been fully human, being born as a white-dragon. Being from another land, her way of speech is broken and rather unusual to the other people of Talia - Can be quite rude, and gets irritated very easily. She's brutally honest, and quite stubborn. Also, incredibly hungry at all times somehow - her favorite activity is chewing on salt rocks! Sometimes jokes about eating humans, as a means to scare them away. She'd never actually do that - hidden inside that spiky outside of hers, is a very sweet dragon girl that very few know about.

Chiryu has had a falling out and fought multiple times with the other Sages, who disapprove of her way of solving incidents - through sheer brute force and nothing else. She's the only one of them to not have a magical artifact tied to her and is considered weaker because of it. Once had a very intense rivalry with Malva, who after managing to outsmart and defeat Chiryu, decided to work together with her.
