Tobias Norcott

Tobias is of average height, being 5'8. He has fair skin, which is covered in cuts, old and new. He has dark green unevenly cut hair, pulled into a small, messy ponytail with a black ribbon and has blue, small eyes. He wears uniform 3, with a sars mask with a black X on it.

Tobias is a sado-masochist. He enjoys inflicting pain on others, and on himself, hence why he often cuts his own face and stomach. He often tries to sabotage peoples school grades, stealing their homework and destroying it or replacing it with failing homework of his own. If he's walking up or down stairs and another student is too, he'll attempt to trip said student. When confronted about his behavior, he immediately changes into an emotionally fragile, sad young boy, saying he can't control how he acts, and blaming it on problems at home. This is a lie. He enjoys spreading rumors about others and ruining their social lives.
