Sivan is a being comprised of pure chaos, a vaguely humanoid little creature that uses their powers to lead a endless parade. Any unfortunate soul caught in this parade will morph into something nonsensical and unwillingly join the march. There's no known way to take the parade down. You can only see the paper birds flying in the sky that signal it's arrival and find a way to survive.
