Kendall Vicky is a two tailed Fennekin who sought to be a famous racecar driver since she was 13. But her passion for racing was never taken seriously in her family and her numerous schools. No matter how much she would love to pursue it, she would always get pulled back down by her parents, schoolmates and teachers. Most of it was because she was a girl, and that car culture wasn’t too popular in where she lived in. After failing the 8th grade 2 times, she dropped out, packed her stuffs upon returning home only to run away. Vicky was homeless for 6 months until someone decided to take care of her but at the same time gave her a job until she was ready to live independently. And never did she expect to become successful. She has earned enough money to move to Chicago to get a job as a janitor in a store where she would seldom see car meets take place. She would witness everything, from the cars entering and showing off their skills through donuts, to the meet getting cancelled and raided by the police.

After earning enough money, Vicky would join various illegal car meets on her modified Honda Civic. A pale purple 1998 Sedan with Purple Neon Underglow, a Golden Carbon Fiber hood, and brass BBS Wheels. 

Despite her frequent attendance to car meets like these, she is still aware of the possibilities of getting arrested. So, in order for her to hide her identity, she is mostly seen with a grey hoodie and a black mask. This led her to being called “The Watcher” by a few people associated with the same car meets Vicky would normally attend. As she gets into illegal car events even more, she would then take a step further by participating in illegal street races which almost caused her a remainder of her life as she nearly got arrested by the cops during one race. Although the cops never identified who Vicky was behind the mask and the hoodie, Vicky knew she had to get out of the state as she was considered “wanted” among the state.

After the incident in Chicago, Vicky would resign from her job as a store janitor, abandon her Honda Civic, burn its plate number, and escape to Berlin, Germany. Her streetracing days were over and she wanted to start a new life. And this is the place where she purchased her new car. Although it is more of a decent street legal car, she started off with a good old Honda Prelude. And during her stay in Germany, she would find numerous jobs that involved fixing cars but was rejected a lot because she was a girl. But Vicky never gave up and eventually found a repair shop that hired her. After raising enough money, she would move to Britain to pursue her passion of becoming a real racecar driver, but not without the cash gift her boss sent her. And it was enough money to buy her a Lotus Elise GT1. Race after race, after race, the Two Tailed Fennekin started living the dream she always dreamt back when she was in her hometown.

And during this present time, Kendall Vicky has now become close friends with Rin Team Members like Fumiya the Umbreon, Katie Clover the Vulpix, and Abelia of Lykoes. And she was also featured as the Main Event for October 2022’s Horizon Friday alongside Fumiya in a sprint contest called “200mph And Counting”.
