design notes: 

• long eyelash feather is the same in all forms
• pupils can be w.e. you think looks better! 
• crest and feathers are similar to a cockatoo, though body feathers can be a fair bit scruffier/fluffier
• belly does not have feathers (snake-scale/skin-like belly)
• all forms are canon LOL (he is perpetually killed and reborn)
