Scarlet loves to torture and kill other creatures. He doesn't make distinctions between human, Kitvoren or animal.
As a skillfull mercenary and assassin he always finds jobs that statisfy him and gets away with his crimes through his underground connections and his second form.
Scarlet is known as Zayn Latimer in his human form and as Lux in his Ascended form.

Wing growth
The wings in all of his forms can grow from small to large enough to fly with them.
Mind Changing
Can change others' thoughts or whole mindset and can cause psychological damage after the effect wears off. When the ability begins to work, the target forgets about the use of Mind Changing on them. Depending on the will of the user, they can also forget about interaction with the user at the moment of the Mind Changing (it is a good use for escaping). But a strong will can hinder the successfull usage of Mind Change and can causes more psychological damage whilst fighting against it. When the user gets interrupted while the strong-willed is fighting against the Mind Change, nothing serious will happen to the target other than maybe a headache and slight confusion.
How Mind Changing works
The user has to look deep into the eyes of the target and focus only on the ability. The usage of the ability will paralyze the body of the target.
Whilest doing so, the user can do a short "Moment Reset":
E.g., target spots the ability-user
Mind Changing sets the mind back to a few seconds before this happens.
While overwriting, the target is not able to move or sense anything around them.
It can be used to "freeze" the mind of the target for up to 5 minutes or multiple targets for up to 5 minutes summed up.
Or as Mindset-Change:
E.g., the target suspects something
Mind Changing changes the pattern of thoughts entirely; the target will believe what the user implants into their mind.
Weak-minded targets often forget about their confused mind-patterns and accept their new implantet thoughts shortly after the usage.
But it will cause psychological damage on strong-willed targets after the effect wears off because the target knows something is wrong with their mind but cannot repair it. Still a strong-willed target can snap out of their insanity because of repeating tags of memories that got overwritten before. This needs time and will leave the target emotionally scarred.
Easy targets: Humans and animals.
Problematic targets: Kitvoren.
Invisibility
The Ascended Kitvoren can get invisible when it gets in touch with snow or ice.
Scrying
The Ascended Kitvoren can scry in any reflective surfaces.

When you are merciless there's no hesitation in ending a job.

Naomi
Any person that knows about Naomi's existence and can get a hold on her will have Scarlet in his hands. Except they haven't thought about the consequences they will trigger with such an act...
Confined spaces
His trauma will turn into sheer panic and blind him, when he can't get out in time.
Summary
He was always the one that began the figth, when he was thrown into the pit by the scientists. He wanted to win at each cost and when he was allowed to kill his opponent it was a welcomed treat for him.
One time his opponent was Glitch Techs. It was the day, when he tried to kill another Kitvoren for the first time. It's his fault, that Glitch's right side of his skull is scarred, his brain damaged and his mind broken.
He gave the scientists a hard time dragging him away from Glitch, so he didn't kill him.
About 10 years ago
While he was on a job, he encountered Private. He hadn't had a serious opponent in a long time and decided to let him live instead of killing him.
Scarlet is still looking forward to meet Private again...

He met Naomi.
He couldn't kill her, because he realized what mind and body tortures she must have witnessed since she was a 6-year-old, so he took her in to protect her and give her a chance to live again.
Even now he don't understand why his heart was instantly totally attached to her.
Around Naomi he normally appeares in his Ascended form, depending on the needs, also in his human form. He prefers to be called "Lux" by her, so she can't get in trouble because of him.
