the following rules are the terms of service for my artworks. which includes my commissions, art trades, and freebies. traded or gifted art do not follow all of the rules. however commissioned artworks follow all. my design rules are specific to designs i did for you. this means not art i've done for you of a character designed by you or another person. however this does include on base, or hand drawn customs, and certain free characters. please note that these are subject to change and not subject to interpretation.
copyrights
- please note that although the commissioner may use the commissioned piece, the copyright stays with me.
- upon reposting, please credit one of my socials.
- my commissions are not for commercial use, unless we discussed prior to the commission.
- upon reselling / trading , sell on price same or lower than one you bought with.
- do not claim you have drawn the commissioned piece.
- do not create nft (non-fungible token) with my artwork.
- your commissioned piece may be used as my art example, and/or be posted on my social media.
product
- your product will have a signature which you may not hide or remove.
- do not edit the commissioned work.
- i will only make edits if I made errors on my side.
- finished pieces are in png files.
- finished work may be sent via social media DMs, or through email.
- you can always find the file in my deviantart. however this may be delayed greatly.
payment
- i accept usd, deviant art points, or amino coins as payment.
- 1 dollar equals to 100 points or 1000 coins.
- i may request extra payment if i find your request complex.
- payment will be made after i finish.
- i am allowed to decline a commission before payment is made.
- commissioner is allowed to cancel a commission before or during sketching process.
- holds or long term payments are not allowed.
designs
- do not claim you designed my designs.
- redesigns count as my designs. please credit both me and the original designer.
- you do not have to credit me every time you use the design.
- when you redesign a design by me, you still have to credit me.
- please do not take heavy inspirations from my designs or art.
