Rules
You are not allowed to use it for commercial use.
You are not allowed to resell even with additional artworks, but you can gift or trade.
Probably I'll need some time to finish your design, so be patient,but I'll try to finish it until Halloween.
You can choose the type of the charachter (zombie,witch,vampire,etc.) and look. Moodboard not required but feel free to send one if you won.
I'll have the right to post your custom design as example.
