Hurley Akeley

A sentient old timey diving suit, that is covered in worn away painted on American traditional style tattoos. There is a full skeleton inside the suit. Outside of a missing skull. They sometimes store their dermestid beetles in it's helmet. You can not clearly see into said helmet , but it glows a bit when he speaks. Used to live in a swamp??? zone?????
