Background: While she goes to college to study to be a nurse, Liliana took a part time job at the pet shop and instantly became the "boss". She tries to tell everyone how to do their job (even The Owner sometimes, though they don't get too annoyed by it) and works intently to make sure everything is perfect. Her perfectionism can get the best of her sometimes as she'll forget to clock out and spend hours trying to make sure cages and tanks are perfectly clean; The Owner has to gently take over for her and promise her she can come back tomorrow to work. Deep down, she really cares for the employees and the animals in the shop, she just has trouble showing it correctly.
