Väktare fought in a war long ago that took place in the very jungle they now live in. After their side failed to win, Väktare, along with all the other soldeirs, were thought to have been destroyed, though they ended up being the sole survivor who woke up a hundred years later, and then became known as the Guardian of the Jungle by the inhabitants and even the creatures that lived there. The reason for this was that they would jump in and save any animal from nearby hunters, as the war made them realize they took live for granted, and made them more aware of those who couldn't defend themselves, like the animals. Soon after, the small tribe of hunters that lived in the jungle becamne aware that they couldn't land a single shot on any animals without a mossy blurr of metal whizzing by and tanking any bullets or arrows thrown at the animal.
