Patches is just a weirdo who likes hanging around Howl wood. Like Anomly, no one knows what he is, but associate him with hell hounds. When reality he's a gothic scare plush of flesh. He normally tends to brewery if not messing around with some of the locals. Normally Anomly would turn to him when a mystery is afoot.
