Vivienne • Firefly • 15
Vivienne is a cheery individual who likes to focus on the positive. She oftentimes tries to take the facilitator role in conflict, and enjoys spending time in groups of friends. She is compassionate, and easygoing, although when things don’t go her way – she can become a bit bitchy and passive-aggressive. Vivienne oftentimes does not like being told, “No,” although she can handle it. It gets her irritated, thus leading to petty behavior – the very thing she claims not to like (cattiness).
Despite this, Vivienne is not-so-oddly empathetic and passionate about insects. She feels they deserve respect and be treated with care, just like human beings. She especially becomes upset when somebody kills an insect – including spiders (although she doesn’t like them as much). Being an individual who studies insects closely, Vivienne feels that human beings devalue insect life merely because they do not wholly understand them.
This can become a source of extreme conflict. Although she is not a physical fighter, Vivienne can become quite verbally aggressive (without yelling) when she feels somebody or something has been unjustly wronged. Despite being quite a pleasant person, Vivienne has a few hair triggers that set her off faster than most.

Backstory
History
Growing up in a family of five, two parents (Amelia & Henry), and two other siblings (Sebastian & Henrietta), Vivienne was oftentimes given the middle-child treatment. Although she was the only one of her siblings to attend UA, Vivienne was often swept aside due to the achievements of her older brother, Sebastian, and the baby of the family – Henrietta. Due to this, she would often work hard and do her best to prove her parents wrong – that she was worth attention.
When she developed her quirk at the age of six, she began to show promise. Although her quirk powers were more defensive than offensive, Vivienne immediately began to show an immense interest in insects. She would hone the ability to communicate with them, much like her mother (whose quirk revolved around dragonflies). Once she was old enough to join UA, she had already obtained fluency in communicating with insects of all different species.
She finds butterflies to be interesting, as they are always drunk.
Although she is friendly towards her siblings, she subtly resents them for having gotten more praise and attention than she had growing up. Now that she is a student at a prestigious academy, Vivienne intends to show up both of her siblings and become one of the world’s best rescue heroes anyone has ever seen.
