GENERAL



MAY NOT BE USED FOR A.I. ARTWORK

I have the right to decline or cancel the commission if the request makes me uncomfortable

By submitting your request, you agree to the following Terms of Service. 



     WILL DRAW:

• Ocs
• Fanart
• Shoujo
• Shounen Ai
• Yuri, yaoi soft
• Boys and Girls
• Ecchi SFW
• blood+mild gore
• Small animals



     WILL NOT DRAW:

• NSFW
• Gore
• Loli/Shota
• Mecha
• old people
• hyperdetailed
• hate/discrimination/racism art



PAYMENTS

Full payment After approval of the sketch.

No changes after  color base is approved.

NO REFUNDS



REVISIONS

There will be a review for each stage (sketch, lineart, base color and finalized)

I only accepting two (2) large corrections in the sketch and lineart. Then an extra 5 usd will be charged 

free minor changes (sketch, lineart, and color base only) finished stage , only the color can be changed.



DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

My timearound is 15 to 30 days. Sometimes it can be extended to 45 to 60 days. (if I have personal problems that prevent me from being home or  sick)

Let me know if there is a deadline. If it is very close to the date, an extra charge will be made. (+20usd)



USE

You may use this illustration for personal use. Commercial use will have an extra charge.



INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I own the intellectual property of my artwork and must be credited on all social media platforms.

The signature cannot be deleted. unless you have commercial use and I give you the pieces without a signature in PNG.



COMMUNICATION

Client must remain communicative to ensure that progress can be continuously made till the deliverable date. 

I work from Monday to Friday, usually on Saturdays and Sundays I don't respond to messages unless it's urgent.

For each review I wait a maximum of a week, if there is no response I proceed to continue with the commission and modifications will no longer be accepted.

  If you have any problem, and you won't be able to respond for a few days, let me know.
