Bill is chill AF, usually because he's also drunk or high AF!! He likes to have a good time, very social! He'll talk for hours with people and just generally likes to be around anyone. He's the kind of guy that'll try and strike up conversation with you at the bus stop and invite you to a weekend party in the park or something. Always up for a good time!!
He's trying to cut back on his drinking and smoking, he's beginning to realize it has become a major problem for him!! He doesn't want to quit either entirely, he does these things instead of dealing with things that stress him out, and he wants the occasional beer or toke to just be for leisure, a once in a while thing, rather than being dependent on it to pacify his thoughts and drown them out.
