Backstory: (W.I.P)
Nova was in her home world, her home universe, which was covered in eternal darkness as the world was all dark void that went out for miles and miles on end. Where voidlings were reborn from the dead in the ground and had minimal family connections for most as it was seen as unnecessary. She, however, since the age of 66(6) wanted to see how the world of humans was, ever since he was taught portal magic, as he watched the lives of these unique and weird animals. The people around them, however, didn't approve of this at all, and after a year or so of this,, as it could be seen this "obsession" with these weak humans wouldn't go away and was bothering the ones around her, they decided to make her dream "come true" by banishing her to that would she so watched and adored, never to be able to visit her home universe or else he'd be killed. So when that happened, he went to shapeshift into how he seen humans as the most, which was a little off and uncanny, but it was a start as he had to shapeshift his clothes as well. It was an... experience as it was the first time trying to shapeshift clothes, but it still went well as he ended up in an adoption center in the town and found a new buddy! This new buddy was a skeleton named Ink, and he was quite the painter! Those two became close friends, as they created characters and funny stories with each other to pass the time until the day they both got adopted! That day, Ink was 10 and Nova "10"(70 voidling), they were both adopted by a young woman named Elise. They went to their new home in the beginning of light and they both went to live their new lives.
