A rather serious type. Although she doesn't exactly mean to be, she's not good with people, and her stern demeanor makes her come across as unfriendly and rude. Although insecure about this, she tends to lean into it, because it's easier that way. Goes about her life in a fairly aimless manner.
As a child, Lane would visit her grandmother's lakehouse for a few weeks every summer. One year, the visit ended with her in the hospital, with permanent scarring and nerve damage after a wolf attack. She hasn't been back since- that is, until her grandmother died, leaving the house to Lane in her will. And what sort of idiot would turn that offer down?
