Blossom

Blossom is a female Vaporeon with flowers and vines adorning her body. Though the origins of said flowers are unknown, their type and color have been noted to changing with the change of the seasons and Blossom's mood.

When she's happy, the flowers around her begin to flourish and bloom quickly
