Code Commissions

01. COMMISSIONER RELATION

• I reserve the right to decline your commission request.
• I will not make copies or otherwise heavily referenced layouts based on existing layouts by myself or other coders.
• TURN WYSIWYG OFF—codes are not WYSIWYG compatible
  Check "Enable Code Editor" in your display settings.
• Real time editor resources: Playhou.se and TH.CircleJourney.net

02. PRODUCT

• Codes are HTML only.
• CSS only as snippets or edits to pre-existing style sheets.
• Exclusive codes will be distributed through a TH access key.
• Live layouts will be posted for display unless discussed otherwise. View them in this folder.

03. USAGE POLICY

• All codes are for personal use only, monetary use is prohibited.
• Do not redistribute the codes without permission.
• Do not remove the credit or claim ownership of the code.
• You can use/reference/copy snippets for personal projects.
• You may frankenstein/splice my code as long as it doesn't break anyone else's TOS and everyone is properly attributed visibly.
• Credit is not required in cases where my code is used minimally.

04. PAYMENT & REFUND

• Payments are issued via Paypal, Stripe, or Ko-fi in USD.
• Payment is due up front unless discussed otherwise.
  A 50% down payment is required before I start.
• Please pay within 48 hours or notify me of an expected wait time. Failure to do so will result in termination of the order.
• Full refunds are only issued if I decide to cancel an order or if the commission has not been started.
• If I have started on the commission, only 70% will be refunded and you agree that I may still finish the code for my Ko-Fi shop.

05. WAITING POLICY

• Clients can keep track of the current queue and their commission progress on my notion.
• Commissions will be finished within 1-2 weeks from when I start the order, not when the order is placed.
• Please inform me of hard deadlines, additional fees may apply.
• Please respect that I am a full-time student and my schedule may interfere with the delivery time.

06. PROCESS

• When you are ready to order, please fill out the form below
• Once I approve of your commission request, you will be contacted via your listed socials and sent an invoice or payment request.
• I will start the order after receiving full or 50% down payment.
• If payment is not received within 48 hours without prior notice, the commission will be cancelled.
• During the commission process, there is a maximum of 3 major revisions, any revisions after will incur and additional fee. Unlimited minor revisions are allowed.
• Please inform me of any specificities you would like in advance and be clear with any changes.
• After a commission is completed, only mistakes on made on my part will be revised without charge.
