Just a bossy little ball of a guy! Gibus is a frog-like furbling with a vocabulary consisting of mostly Furbish and high-pitched screaming.
He's very stupid, but taken care of and tenderly respected by others in the Business Clan, as the unholy spawn of the High Elder. Perhaps he'll grow into something more fearsome, one day.
