Expectedly, she's nice and dedicated to her beliefs and job. A rather soft-spoken angel who usually visits the Isles as assigned, and because of the always bustling activities there.

 To contrast her sweet nature, Cheerie is always uptight and focuses more on what's supposed to be right and wrong. Despite being an angel, she has made a lot of enemies in her years of service. 

Usually being seen flying around on her cloud, she tends to give lectures to random kids and end up in comical situations. (Being struck by her own cloud, stepping on rakes and getting hit, getting doors slammed to her face, etc.)

- The Devil - (Rivalry) Simply due to the nature of them both, Cheree very much dislikes the demon. His whole being was an absolute annoyance to her existence. Though, because of the familiarity they've built for a hundred years, the two aren't as hostile as they once were. 

- Porkrind - (Acquaintance) Cheerie usually drops by to see if he wasn't selling anything out of line for any kids in the area, though because of the frequent visits, it's mostly a one-sided acquaintance on Cheerie's end. 

- King Dice - (Undecided) Cheerie doesn't step foot anywhere near him, she isn't fond of his eccentric aura. Or Casinos. Or Game shows. Or his whole general existence. There's just something off about him. 

- Cuphead and Mugman - (Parental) There are a number of children on the isles, yet these two just seem to always have trouble behind them. And because of the Devil also, Cheerie takes it upon herself to watch over the two and get involved in their shenanigans, even getting hurt herself.

☆ | Backstory; 

How was she born? Cheerie didn't know, she was created with the purpose to spread order, right? 

That's what she would think, and none of the other angels ever corrected her. A few years of working for "The man" led Cheerie to where she is now, in the Inkwell aisle to work for the next hundreds of years. 

Which weren't that well received.

First off, most people there were ill-mannered. And that meant she'd have to work harder to convince them to be "better" or "nicer", though that also meant more doors being slammed in her face. Literally too. 

Second and foremost, The Devil usually resides there. And as annoying as he was, she was dedicated to her craft. Developing more of her new tendencies during the years, (being a more violent angel, unfortunately). Having also built dynamics with some of the residents of the isle, friendly, rival or…questionable ones.
