...This dude has no business living in some forest on Rhea, training pokemon. But the wildlife was the whole reason for the Magos' stopover, and 17-Lima wants to have lots of good information ready, in case he gets picked back up someday. He'd especially like to draw attention to the teleportation abilities of certain pokemon. For example, an angry Kadabra can teleport a full-sized human across a continent, with no regard for said human's travel schedule or antenna range.
