Azrael used to be the angel in charge of helping souls reach the spirit realm for the longest of years, but now that theirs no need to do this anymore he works as a librarian, he spends a lot of his free time in hell for reasons unknown to the other angels, he is very secretive and reserved regarding his personal life and doesn't like talking to any of the other archangels.

He is the only archangel allowed to manipulate, erase, modify and reset souls although he prefers not to.
