Oto (Otto) is a young woman who believes music is the key to paradise. Although her feelings sometimes carry her away in a moment. She is full of passion of what the world could be instead of settling with the issues we face today. Rollerblading in a heartbeat to help people.
Growing up without a place to call home, Oto survived on the streets for a majority of her life. Often getting into fights with thugs one day encounters a girl by the name of Prika who encounters a gang of thugs in an ally, Oto decides to help and Prika notices Oto's attire she attempts to get to know a bit about Oto walking through the ally. Prika offers eventually walks Oto to where she lives and invites her inside. Meeting Prika's father who mentions he has seen Oto around from time to time making his runs in the city. He offers Oto a place to stay as long as she is willing to work.
Oto then accepts the offer and becomes a Barista at Prika's fathers cafe which also delivers. Two days after working at the cafe. Oto is introduced to the basement where the other employers hangout. She then learns that the cafe it'self is a hideout for a gang and through the cafe, she learns about the state of the world and wants to change it along side them.

Cassette (Cassidy) Best friend
Oto was quickly greeted by Cass upon arrival at the cafe. Cass's very clumsy behavior often wins over Oto's attention and concern. Eventually they become really good friends. Cass is often seen by Oto's side trying to catch up, and is a very big fan after learning about Oto's special abilities.
Prika Manager
Prika's appearance may startle people sometimes, but she has a sweet spot. She enjoys Oto's work and is grateful for all the help. She also builds Oto custom footware to make quick deliveries.
Greed Enemy
Oto is extremely uneasy around Greed. Who mysteriously appears to harm her, or cause her trouble. Oto is constantly confused about the nonsense he says as he acts as if he knows her and where her powers came from. Greed toys with Oto and can easily give her a temper.
