Any pronoun is ok to them.
They're always hibernating but keeping their real eyes closed doesn't mean that they can't see you, every eye on their body let them see everything and everywhere, the eyes can blink and change places in their body, excepting the big eye that is in their back and the tiny one that is on their chest.
They live in a deep forest where they can make caos peacefully, making their dreams come true (literally), they can make deals with anybody who asks them kindly but it always has a cost.
