Ruth was a bully that died in a nuclear attack moments before her graduation. Centuries later, she wakes up in a desolate wasteland due to unknown circumstances. her body was falling apart, and he finds out she has a hole on her skull for some reason, making her brain exposed.
She later encounters her childhood friend, Famine, in the same situation as her. Ruth finds her annoying and irritating, but she prefers having her by her side than spending the rest of her lifetime alone.
Ruth isn't as active or energetic as before, and has only found joy in any drugs (or anything that can stimulate her nervous system) she can find in the wasteland.
