Shortcake is a student in the Parfaedia Magic Institute! She's especially interested in stars and the moon, and can spend hours just stargazing. Celestial bodies are also mainly what she draws her magic out of, and the magic she does is super flexible, but sometimes small details have to be altered based on the positions of said celestial bodies.

She's exceptionally good at practical magic! In any practical lessons as well as in any astronomy or astrology classes she's top of the class. She would probably be a top student, but when it comes to anything else really (especially essays, written assignments, and history) she tends to slack off
However she's surprisingly good at concealing her magic in places where magic use is prohibited, which surprisingly isn't because she does anything too major, it's just for practice, really. But like damn imagine seeing her in a back alley doing spells and you'd think she's doing something dodgy while she's there trying to turn a rotten apple core into something edible to feed a stray alley cake or something

- Generally rather smart and quick at learning! Though often she just really cannot be bothered unless it's something she enjoys and wants to do
- Always willing to help, literally just ask and she'll put away whatever she's doing
- Introverted
- Perfectly fine with talking to people but large crowds make her anxious
- Quick to trust but not very gullible
