Mei Ling, a studious young lady of 19 years from Liyue. She wants to write the entire history of Teyvat, and is quite knowledgeable on many older subjects. Mei has a kind of dance-like battle style, focusing on maneuvering and capping with strong hits!
Mei Ling uses a short sword (like Lumine) and bears an Electro Vision in her hair bead (band??) Which appeared to her after she traversed a storming mountain in order to obtain needed herbs for medicine! She may or may not be recovering from gifted child syndrome..
