“The watcher” sutaro is the eyes of the rest of the above, they can take many forms to observe, ”the witness” they are feared, often seen as a bad omen, “the juge“ the gods are watching you, 

sutaro is the most human of them all. With a bit of an ego, they like power and will do anything for what they want, their origin is unknown but some say they where once human.
