This year, you still can't swing it.
For as long as she can remember, Lumi's relationship with her parents was... strained. They had seperated shortly before her birth, and seemed more interested in using her as a pawn to fuck with the other than they were in actually raising her. By the time she reached her teenage years, their interest in causing problems for the other had waned, which left Lumi almost completely unsupervised. Due to this, she began looking for attention in all the wrong places, falling in with more and more dangerous crowds, with seemingly no regard for her own safety.
Pre-RP Adulthood
And does it at least look different from up there?
Lumi spent a couple of years running with gangs and dating exceedingly dangerous women, until she was involved in a fight that ended with her killing someone in self defense. Realizing things could be bad for her if she stayed, she changed her name and left Sweden. Though, she wasn't entirely on the up and up- when she searched for employment, she still looked in unsavory places, landing her a job as the bodyguard for the local mafia boss's daughter, Evelyn.

It's been two years since Lumi has begun her bodyguard work. In that timeframe, she's become increasingly interested in Evelyn, although her worries about causing trouble in her job has left her unwilling to confess... even if Evelyn has sent plenty of signals that have made her keenly aware that her feelings are reciprocated.
