Kai

prickly, opinionated, and unable to sit still, kai can be intimidating to anyone who doesn't know them well. even those who do are wary of his fierce temper, and tread softly around him on days when-- well, the most accurate way to describe it might be to say that thunderclouds occasionally take up residence in his head, and it's best to steer clear of the storm. after all, angering someone who can conjure fire at will and has a multitude of (unstable) potions at their disposal at any given time is probably not the smartest idea. despite this, kai's persistent scowl melts away when he's around his family, and nothing makes him happier than his kits' mischief, though he feigns annoyance at their antics.
