Chocolate breastmilk, no less! She was embarrassed and teased about it for a long time, but as an adult she reclaimed it by making a name and living for herself using her peculiar condition as the centerpiece. Now she takes regular hormonal pills and massages/stimulates her own breasts, to produce enough milk to meet the demands of her VERY enthusiastic customers.
