Cable usually has a jovial happy-go-lucky attitude pulling jokes and pranks, you can usually catch him being incredibly hyperactive and friendly towards everyone he meets, however it's pretty easy to tick him off causing him to have short bouts of extreme emotions to a dramatic degree.

Cable also happens to be pretty gullible, despite having the internet quite literally at his fingertips he will take everything you tell him at complete face value. Due to this belief that everyone should be believed Cable is naturally very sincere at best and unfiltered at worst.

The two couldn't contrast more with Gabe being on the calmer side of things, the two still get along extremely well and seem to value their friendship, especially cable.

Cable hasn't formed any close relations with the people in his office, once the initial shock wore off most viewed him as a pest or just a slight annoyance. Cable doesn't seem all that aware of this however and still chats with everybody like they're buddies.
