EFFECTIVE 10/29/2023

 As of 7.10.22 I am no longer allowing designs to be flipped. Please do not buy my designs to flip them. If I find out you're doing this, you will be publicly blacklisted. Anything agreed upon BEFORE this date is the exception to this rule.

Existing designs by me are not to be made into any closed/ semi closed species without my explicit permission!

Do not resell designs you obtained from me for free for any real currency. If you buy them art for money, then you can resell them for the worth of the additional image.

In the case of you redesigning a design by me, do not make it unrecognizable. I should be consulted for big changes to confirm it's still recognizable. Species change, accessory changes, small design changes, hue shifts are all ok without approval. 

Do not split your redesigns from my design. It's still considered my design. Even if you think it's "different enough". 

If you need a characters tradability updated, message me!

Breeding/Making children of my designs is ok. Please make them different from each other. 

You can edit my art to adjust small changes in a design (adding accessories, changing eye color, editing a marking, hue shifting a design) but no huge edits and don't remove my signature/credit. 

Backing out or ghosting me several times (or even once) will result in blacklist. 

I don't refund for designs. 

Don't add rules to my designs (must trade back, no reselling etc)

If you're caught knowingly trading/reselling my designs to people on my blacklist, you'll end up on it too. 

Do not commission NSFW (feral) art of my designs. You will be blacklisted with no second thought.

I reserve the right to refuse service to whomever I feel that I need to. I am not obligated to take your commission.

Payment upfront, always. 

No payment plans for commissions.

Commission turn-around runs from 1 day to 24 weeks. Feel free to ask for a refund at the 12 week mark but no sooner. I may offer you a refund before that if I feel as though I can't complete your commission. 

I do not provide sketches unless asked

I will make small edits to the completed artwork for free, though if you begin to ask for too many changes after I make changes previously, I will consider charging for edits. 

Payment is accepted through Paypal or deviantart points only. (My conversion is $1=100pts)

Do not complain about my prices. You do not have to commission me. 

No commercial usage of my art is ok. 

I will resell a design if you ghost me on it. 

Do not Frankenstein my artwork or bases. 

Do not turn my bases into NSFW. 

Do not turn my art NSFW. Do not edit my art to be NSFW.

I do not do NSFW art of any kind. I will not.

Do not trade these users my designs. they can keep any existing ones but beyond that i expect you to understand I am not comfortable having anything to do with these users. do not go after them.
