A poor and lonely Octarian who grew into an Octoling. Small in size and never grows any taller nor gains any weight. Works as a petty thief with his partner Saburo, who he's never apart from. Sends all the money he gets from pawning stolen jewelry and robbing people or what have you back to his parents.
