STORY
Though one of the youngest sailors on the Salty Shark, one would be wrong to underestimate them. There is no one that swims faster than them on the Salty Shark, and much like their namesake, they can be quite stealthy in the water, and you won't know until they've pounced. Though a Navy soldier, Otter Cookie prefers to take thing easy.
