An is a changeling in their 20s, who has taken the form of Igris Selkena, their dearest friend. They picked it after she one day disappeared without a trace from their home village.
Covered in lies about its' persona, it does so as a tribute to it's friend and inability to deal with alienation coming from its' very nature. It doesn't have the heart to drop Igris forgotten and change once again, just yet.

Story
Subheader
As a young adult she worked mostly as a merchant, to hide her nor-so-legal smuggling side hustle. She travelled in and out of her home village, mostly transporting queenscap and healing potions. Few months in the past or so the villagers have told her, people started randomly disappering from their home village, with no trace left behind them. Igris disappeared from Bronbog as well, when An was staying there to spend time with her and rest up before she inevitably went to travel again. That, and how patchy everyone's memories have become, led to An running away and leaving for good, with no plans of returning anytime soon. They continued mostly as usual, a bit of securing materials here and transporting not too legal products there, while looking for their dear friend as they went. It found itself in Stilben, where it meets the party.
