Personality: Outgoing, joking, refusing to leave anyone behind, and fairly short tempered. Whenever there's something he feels needs to be done, he is determined to complete whatever tasks are at hand. He can easily snap when feeling provoked or emotional, so it's best to stay away from him if he's in a bad mood.
Specials: His eyes glow bright red when angry, which is a sure sign to steer clear from him at that time.
Magic:
Normal Power - Using his special rainbow feather, he can hypnotize his enemies into dropping their weapons. When he isn't in a time of need, he sometimes uses it to get those around him to say stuff like "Dexter is so handsome and talented"... uuuussssuuually getting him into some serious trouble afterword.
Special Power - In times of need, Dexter can shriek loud enough to drive away his enemies or send them into a hypnotic trance. This power took him years to master, and activating it is very difficult for him to do.
Item: Rainbow feather - This object can send others into an unmoving, trancelike state.
Other: Being one of the "younger" Løki, Dexter has to try extra hard to impress those around him. He practices his magic every day in secret (shhh) in hopes that one day he will finally be regarded as a highly respected member of his clan.
