In a kingdom loved by the goddess of harvest there are many flora considered her blessings, bringing those who protect its land powers. The rose however, is no such flower and those born with it are considered a curse. Bloomed from vines of thorns, roses are beautiful but deadly. It is rumored that any born with such a blossom is cursed, only to bring ruin to the kingdom while they reign as a reminder that nature is never something to be tamed.

Briar von Blumenreich, the eldest of his siblings is one such child born of the curse. He may bring ruin such as his birthright proclaims, or perhaps he’ll forage a new path. This is the story no one but he may write.
