He was shunned by his family for being the runt. (He's literally10 feet tall but still the smallest of them) He left his family on a journey to find a better life when he stumbled upon a human town. He stayed in the treeline and never went further. He observed the humans and was intruiged by them. He understood why the hikers would scream and run away when they spotted him. He knew he looked scary to the smaller creatures but he doesn't hold that against them. One day when a hiker spots him, they dont run away. Instead, the hiker seems just as curious about him as he does them.
