Named after his once-beloved uncle, Venice Jr. now goes by 'Nicky' to most, and seems almost distressed to be referred to otherwise. One of nearly a half-dozen middle children of almost-notorious pirate Behnia Huntly, Nicky was born, like most of them, in Jun Nazu, but spent most of his childhood in Paydo Moga, following the death of his father. He retains only dim, but fond memories of his childhood in the Pirate's Town.

After a rough childhood in the desert, Nicky has spent his adulthood drifting from town to town in search of a place that feels like home did before his father died. He hasn't found it yet.

Quiet and unsure, he was always something of a black sheep in his family. The first to lose any fight, the first to give up when things got too dangerous, he seemed to inherit little, if any of the Huntly calling cards. But what he lacked in physical prowess, he made up for with some promising aptitude for puzzle-solving, and whenever something was broken, if it could be fixed, Nicky could usually find out how.
