Peska and Momo

Peska is an aspiring witch. She passed her witch education courses by the skin of her teeth and is trying through private study to develop her true power. So far she has been unsuccessful, as instead of working to develop herself she mostly lazes around doing whatever she pleases. Her and her cat, Momo, spend much of their time at cafes, libraries (fantasy novels only) and malls just living life to the fullest.
